Tealike qualities of chamomile, delicate, smooth with citrus and strawberry notes
This coffee is unique in its delicate taste. It has a light body and sweet taste of citrus fruits with a clean finish and juicy mouthfeel. Keffa Coffee named this yirgecheffe , YirgZ- Z referring to zero defects- to emphasize its quality. This coffee is meticulously sorted both mechanically and by hand to remove any defects that may be in the coffee when processed.
